Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 1 day of receiving your order, provided that the product meets the applicable return conditions.
Eligible Return Cases
A return request may be accepted in the following cases:
- The product was received in a damaged condition.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is defective.
Non-Returnable Products
Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping Charges
For approved return requests that meet the conditions mentioned in this policy, the return shipping charges will be borne by DKNUTRITION.
Refund Method
For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used while placing the order.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through the customer’s provided bank account or UPI details.
Refund Processing Time
Once the return request has been approved and the returned product has been received and verified, the refund will generally be processed within 5–7 business days.
